Amenities include dock, boat lift, gas grill, 6 sets of linen, ($30 per additional set) fully furnished, washer/dryer. Fishing boat,jet ski, paddle boat and pontoon boat may also be available at an additional cost.

$1000 security deposit and balance of rental fee to be paid by credit card, cash or certified check at least 14 days in advance. 50% of rental fee due with reservation.
